  I almost don't even want to give this one star but I guess I have to. I have had the WORST experience with this insurance company than I have ever had in my life after I signed up for there car insurance a month later come to find out they can't insure me because my car is registered in another state ...soooooo I had to start ALL OVER again with another insurance company but I decided to keep the renters...just recently I had a leak in my roof which continued onto my mattress and box spring so I called thinking I was covered .....nope, because I didn't have damage to the roof and because a pipe didn't burst they wouldn't cover it which I was then disappointed for my second time and after that I pulled the pull with them never will I refer them to anyone the WORST experience, total waste of money
